The domain name www.aspiremore.in and the website, mobile site and related digital services (collectively, the "Website") are owned and operated by Aspire More, a partnership organised under the laws of India, with its registered office at 301, 9 Abhimanshree Apartments, Opposite Abhimanshree Society, Pashan Road, Pune 411008 ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). "You", "your", "User", "Buyer" or "Customer" means any person accessing, browsing, registering on or purchasing through the Website.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern the Website and purchases made through it and must be read with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy, product-specific terms, care instructions, promotional terms and other notices displayed on the Website ("Policies").

This document is intended to operate as an electronic record under applicable Indian law. By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, submitting information or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and a product-specific or promotional term, the more specific term will apply to that product or promotion, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Eligibility and Capacity to Contract

You represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. If you use the Website on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind it. We may refuse access, suspend an account or cancel an order where we reasonably believe this requirement has not been met.

2. Licence to Use the Website

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and use the Website for personal, lawful shopping and informational purposes. No right, title or interest in the Website or its content is transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, scrape, download in bulk, sell, resell, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, frame, mirror or create derivative works from the Website or its content without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Website in an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or harmful manner, including impersonation; false information; unauthorised payment use; unauthorised system access; viruses or malicious code; interference with Website security; automated scraping; infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights; unlawful user content; fraudulent ordering; abusive returns; promotion manipulation; or unauthorised resale activity.

4. Accounts, Registration and Security

Where registration is available, you must provide true, accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding usernames, passwords, OTPs and other credentials and for activity through your account. Notify us immediately at reachus@aspiremore.in of suspected unauthorised use.

We may request verification of identity, address, payment ownership or other information for fraud prevention, security, order processing or compliance. We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where information cannot be verified or these Terms are breached.

5. Product Sourcing, Availability and Quality Checks

Products may be manufactured by us or sourced from third-party manufacturers or suppliers. Display of a product does not guarantee continuous availability. Orders remain subject to stock availability and, where applicable, quality checks. We may cancel an affected item where inventory is unavailable, damaged, incorrectly recorded or fails quality inspection, and refund amounts collected for it.

6. Product Descriptions, Images and Display

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, dimensions, materials, photographs, videos, prices and other information are accurate. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that all Website content will always be complete, current, error-free or perfectly representative of the physical product.

Images are illustrative. Differences may arise from photography, lighting, styling, digital rendering, image processing, batch variations and screen settings. Props or accessories in styled photographs are not included unless expressly stated.

A materially incorrect product must be reported within 72 hours of delivery under our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Handcrafted Products and Natural Materials

Many home décor products are handmade, hand-finished, artisanal or made using natural or semi-natural materials and are not mass-produced to absolute visual uniformity.

Variations may include colour, shade, tone, grain, knots, veining, texture, pattern, glaze, surface finish, tool marks, weld marks, patina, bubbles, pinholes, edge character, shape, weight and minor dimensional differences. Natural materials may change, oxidise, weather, fade or develop patina over time.

Reasonable variations of this nature are inherent characteristics and will not ordinarily constitute damage, manufacturing defect or misdescription, subject to applicable law.

8. Measurements, Placement and Customer Responsibility

Dimensions and weights are approximate unless expressly stated as exact. Before ordering, you are responsible for checking dimensions, access routes, doorways, lifts, wall/floor suitability, installation requirements and compatibility with the intended location. Where installation, mounting, electrical connection or professional assembly is required, use an appropriately qualified person. Installation is not included unless expressly sold as part of the order.

9. Pricing, Taxes and Charges

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST / taxes. Shipping, handling, installation, gift wrapping, remote-area, express or other charges, where applicable, will be disclosed before purchase.

Prices, promotions and availability may change without prior notice. Website prices may differ from offline/store, marketplace, catalogue or promotional-channel prices. No price adjustment is due merely because a product is later offered at a lower price, unless expressly provided or required by law.

10. Pricing, Typographical and Listing Errors

The Website may contain errors or omissions relating to descriptions, specifications, prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, stock or availability. We may correct or update such information and, where permitted by law, refuse or cancel an affected order even after an acknowledgement has been generated. If payment has been collected, the amount for the cancelled item will be refunded.

11. Sales, Promotions, Discount Codes and Promotional Offers

Promotions, sales, clearance events, coupon codes, discount codes, promotional vouchers, free gifts, bundle offers and other campaigns may be subject to additional terms displayed with the relevant offer. Only products specifically identified as eligible will receive the promotional benefit. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, applied retrospectively or redeemed for cash.

Promotional prices are valid only during the stated offer period or while stocks last. Prices, discounts and product inclusion may change during a campaign. Unless required by law or expressly stated, no retrospective price adjustment is due because a product is later offered at a lower price.

Sale inventory may be limited. An order may be cancelled in whole or in part if stock is exhausted, inventory records are incorrect, a product fails quality control, or a pricing/discount/system error occurs. If payment was collected for a cancelled item, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Sale, clearance and promotional products are final sale for change-of-mind purposes and are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange. If such a product is delivered damaged, defective, broken, materially incorrect or incomplete, the issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and will be assessed under our Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy.

During sale, festive or other high-volume periods, order processing and delivery may take longer. Express delivery, priority processing, gift wrapping, personalised gift messages or other optional services may be restricted or temporarily unavailable. A longer indicative timeline does not by itself create a right to cancel after an order has entered processing or dispatch, subject to applicable law.

Discount or coupon codes must be entered at checkout before payment and cannot ordinarily be applied retrospectively. Only one discount code may be used per order unless the specific offer expressly permits otherwise.

Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. A discount may exclude already discounted products, sale items, limited editions, gift cards, shipping, installation or other specified categories. Where an offer has a minimum spend, maximum discount, product restriction, customer eligibility condition or usage limit, those conditions must be satisfied at checkout.

Codes described as one-time, new-customer, account-specific or customer-specific may be used only by the eligible customer. We may cancel a promotional benefit or affected order where we reasonably detect duplicate-account creation, code manipulation, automated ordering, unauthorised resale, payment fraud, collusion or other abuse, subject to applicable law.

Where a promotion includes a free gift, bundle benefit or 'buy X get Y' offer, cancellation or an approved refund affecting the qualifying purchase may require return/cancellation of the promotional item or recalculation of the promotional benefit, where reasonable and permitted by law.

If we cancel an order, any voucher or promotional entitlement used may be reinstated where technically possible and appropriate. Reinstatement is not guaranteed for expired, one-time or time-limited promotions unless required by law or expressly stated.

We may extend, shorten, modify or withdraw a promotion for future transactions where reasonably necessary, provided that we do not unlawfully remove rights already accrued under a completed transaction. If specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that offer, subject to applicable law.

12. Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, Vouchers, Credit Notes and Store Credit

We may issue purchased gift cards or e-gift cards, promotional vouchers, credit notes and store credits (collectively, "Stored Value"). Different types of Stored Value may have different validity, redemption, transfer and combination rules. The applicable conditions displayed at issue or checkout form part of these Terms.

Gift cards may be redeemed on www.aspiremore.in and cannot be used through unauthorised marketplaces or third-party sellers unless expressly stated.

Gift cards may be purchased in denominations made available by us. A gift card may not ordinarily be purchased using another gift card, credit note, store credit or promotional discount unless expressly permitted.

Digital gift cards will be activated and delivered to the email address or mobile number supplied after successful payment and verification. You are responsible for entering the correct recipient details.

Gift cards and other Stored Value will remain valid for the period stated at the time of issue. Promotional vouchers may have a shorter validity period. Expiry, extension and revalidation will be handled subject to applicable law.

To redeem Stored Value online, enter the applicable code or use the available account-credit option at checkout. If the order value exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.

Where technically supported, a gift card or store credit may be used over multiple transactions until its balance is exhausted or it expires. Any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Gift cards/store credits may be used during sale periods and may be combined with one eligible discount code. Multiple gift cards may be combined in a single transaction. Promotional vouchers may have separate sale-period or category restrictions.

Except where required by applicable law, a purchased gift card cannot be cancelled, returned or redeemed for cash after successful issuance. This does not affect remedies where a gift card was not delivered or was issued incorrectly because of our error.

If an order paid wholly or partly using Stored Value is cancelled by us or qualifies for an approved refund, the portion originally paid using Stored Value may, to the extent permitted by law, be restored to the same gift card/account credit or reissued as equivalent Stored Value. The cash/card/UPI portion will ordinarily be refunded to the corresponding original payment method.

Gift card numbers, PINs and voucher codes should be treated as confidential. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for Stored Value used by another person because the purchaser or recipient disclosed or failed to secure the code. Contact us promptly if you believe a code has been compromised; blocking or replacement is subject to verification and whether the value has already been used.

We may refuse, suspend, cancel or investigate Stored Value reasonably suspected to have been obtained, issued or used fraudulently, unlawfully, through payment reversal or chargeback, account compromise or manipulation of a promotion, subject to applicable law.

Gift cards themselves are ordinarily sold at face value and are not eligible for promotional discounts unless expressly stated. Discount codes cannot ordinarily be applied to the purchase of another gift card.

We may exclude specific categories, limited editions, services or other Stored Value products from redemption where the restriction is clearly disclosed.

Stored Value does not earn interest, rewards or other financial return unless expressly stated. Gift cards may be gifted to another person, while account-linked store credits or credit notes may be non-transferable and may require use from the account/contact details to which they were issued.

If we discontinue a gift-card programme or materially change redemption mechanics, outstanding valid balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any notice provided to holders.

13. Order Placement and Contract Formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase subject to these Terms. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean final acceptance. We may undertake payment verification, fraud screening, stock confirmation, address verification and quality checks before dispatch. Orders may be accepted in whole or in part and items may be dispatched separately.

14. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

To the extent permitted by law, we may refuse, hold, split or cancel an order for stock unavailability; failed quality control; pricing, tax, discount or shipping errors; payment failure or chargeback risk; inability to verify payment ownership; suspected fraud, abuse or resale; quantity limits; incomplete or unserviceable delivery details; legal restrictions; technical errors; or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. A prepaid cancelled item will be refunded.

15. Payments and Third-Party Payment Services

Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways or financial-service providers whose terms and privacy practices may also apply. You must provide accurate payment information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.

We are not responsible for transactions declined, delayed or blocked by banks, card issuers, UPI providers, wallets, payment gateways or other intermediaries, or unauthorised use arising outside our reasonable control. If money is debited without an order confirmation, contact us with the transaction reference before retrying.

16. Cash on Delivery

COD may be available only for selected products, order values and serviceable locations. We may restrict or disable COD. Full payment, including applicable charges, must be made on delivery. We may verify COD orders, cancel unverified or suspicious orders, and split large COD orders where courier limits require.

17. Fraud Prevention and Verification

For security and fraud prevention, we may request reasonable supporting information before accepting or dispatching an order, including proof of identity, address or authority to use a payment instrument, subject to applicable privacy law. Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in cancellation.

18. Shipping, Processing and Multiple Consignments

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Orders may be shipped in separate packages, on different dates or through different logistics partners. Processing and delivery estimates are indicative unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays caused by courier networks, weather, strikes, public holidays, governmental restrictions, remote-area limitations or other events outside our reasonable control do not automatically entitle the customer to compensation, subject to mandatory law.

19. Delivery Address and Failed Delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and serviceable address and contact number. If an address cannot be serviced, we may request an alternative address or cancel the affected order. If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery without a valid reason, or supplied incorrect information, reasonable re-delivery or return-to-origin costs may apply where permitted and disclosed.

20. Shipment Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows a shipment as delivered but you have not received it, notify reachus@aspiremore.in within 48 hours of the recorded delivery scan so that we can raise a courier investigation. Reasonable cooperation with that investigation may be required.

21. Inspection and Unboxing

Inspect shipments promptly. For fragile products, we strongly recommend a clear, continuous unboxing video beginning before the sealed outer package is opened and continuing until all items and packaging have been fully inspected.

For damage, breakage, missing-product or wrong-product claims, we may request the video, photographs of the product and inner/outer packaging, shipping label and other reasonable evidence. Lack of available evidence may affect our ability to verify a claim, subject to applicable law.

22. Damaged, Defective, Broken, Incorrect or Incomplete Products

If a product is delivered damaged, defective, broken, materially different from the product ordered, incorrect or missing an essential component, notify reachus@aspiremore.in within 72 hours of delivery with the order number, description, clear photographs, packaging photographs and an unboxing video where available.

Claims received after 72 hours will not ordinarily qualify for return, replacement or refund except where required by law or an expressly applicable warranty.

23. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, styling preference, minor colour or texture variation, suitability, size-selection issues or other non-defect reasons.

A return will be considered only for a product reported within 72 hours as damaged, defective, broken, materially incorrect or incomplete and is subject to verification. Retain the product, components and original inner and outer packaging until the claim is resolved.

24. Return Collection, Inspection and Unsubstantiated Claims

Where we arrange pickup, hand the product only to the authorised logistics partner and retain the pickup receipt/SMS/tracking acknowledgement. If pickup is unavailable, we may provide alternate return instructions.

Returned products may be inspected for authenticity, condition and the reported issue. If a product does not have the reported defect, or damage is attributable to use, mishandling or inadequate return packaging, we may decline the claim and recover reasonable return/re-delivery costs where permitted by law.

25. Remedies for an Approved Claim

For a verified damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete product, we may, depending on the issue, product availability and applicable law, offer repair, replacement, store credit or refund. Where repair or replacement is reasonably feasible, we may offer it before refund, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

26. Refunds

Approved prepaid refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Bank/payment-provider processing times may apply. Unless required otherwise by law, refunds relate to the approved affected product and do not include non-refundable premium/express shipping, gift wrapping, installation or other separately consumed services.

27. Product Care, Use and Safety

You are responsible for using, maintaining, cleaning, storing and handling products according to their intended purpose and care/safety instructions. Avoid conditions unsuitable for the material, including excessive moisture, heat, harsh chemicals, abrasives or prolonged sunlight where relevant.

Do not use a visibly cracked, unstable, broken, electrically unsafe or otherwise damaged product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury or property damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, negligent handling or continued use after visible damage.

28. Limited Product Warranty

Unless a product page expressly states that a separate limited warranty applies, no additional commercial warranty is provided beyond statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Where a limited warranty is expressly offered, its period and scope will be stated on the product page or warranty documentation. Unless stated otherwise, it covers manufacturing defects under ordinary intended consumer use and excludes normal wear/ageing; accident or misuse; improper care or installation; unauthorised repair or modification; unsuitable environmental exposure; and inherent handcrafted or natural-material variations.

29. Website Content; No Professional Advice

Website content is general product and shopping information and is not engineering, architectural, installation, safety or other specialist advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice where required for installation, load-bearing, electrical connection, mounting or use in a particular environment.

30. Website Availability, Security and Downloads

We aim to keep the Website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or modify it for maintenance, security, technical, operational or business reasons. Although reasonable safeguards are used, we do not warrant that the Website, servers, communications or downloads will always be free from harmful components.

31. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual-property rights in the Website and its content—including trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, product names, photographs, videos, text, graphics, icons, databases, compilations, layout and other proprietary content—are owned by or licensed to Aspire More.

Limited viewing, downloading or printing for personal non-commercial use does not transfer ownership. You must not remove proprietary notices or reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit Website content without prior written consent.

32. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe material on the Website infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact reachus@aspiremore.in with details identifying the work, allegedly infringing material, your rights and contact information. We may request further information.

33. Reviews, Photographs and Other User Content

By submitting a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion or other material, you represent that you own or have rights to submit it and that it is lawful. To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute and use it for operating and promoting our business.

We may moderate, refuse, edit or remove User Content reasonably considered unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, infringing or inconsistent with these Terms.

34. Electronic Communications

By using the Website or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including acknowledgements, invoices, payment information, shipping updates, return communications, policy notices and customer-service messages. Electronic communications may satisfy writing requirements where permitted by law. Marketing communications remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

35. Privacy

Personal information is processed under our Privacy Policy. Payment processors, couriers, e-commerce platforms, analytics providers and other service providers may separately process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

36. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment gateways, social-media platforms, logistics providers or other services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies or practices.

37. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for warranties expressly stated in writing and rights that cannot be excluded by law, the Website and its content are provided on an 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied representations concerning uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, completeness or suitability of Website content for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes a statutory guarantee or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

38. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Company nor its partners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, vendors or service providers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from use of the Website or purchase/use of a product.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability arising from a particular product or transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for that affected product or transaction. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

39. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, agents and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful Website use, infringement of another person's rights, fraudulent conduct, unlawful User Content or misuse/modification of a product. This does not shift liability that cannot lawfully be shifted.

40. Suspension, Termination and Breach

If we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or another policy, provided false information, engaged in fraud or abuse, infringed rights, created security risk or exposed us or another person to legal liability, we may, to the extent permitted by law, restrict activity, cancel affected orders, remove User Content, suspend/terminate an account, block access and take appropriate legal action.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations. Provisions intended by nature to survive—including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and dispute provisions—will survive.

41. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster, epidemic/pandemic, strike, lockout, governmental action, import/export restriction, transport or courier disruption, utility/telecommunications failure, cyber incident not caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards, or material supply-chain disruption. Affected performance periods may be reasonably extended, subject to mandatory law.

42. Changes to Website, Products and Terms

We may add, remove, suspend or modify Website features, content, products, prices, processes or services and may update these Terms and Policies. Revised Terms take effect when posted or on the stated effective date, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights where doing so would be unlawful.

43. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, reorganisation, sale of business/assets or other lawful corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

44. No Waiver

Failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later or to enforce another provision.

45. Severability

If a provision is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in force to the extent permitted by law.

46. Entire Agreement and Relationship

These Terms together with the Policies and applicable product-specific terms constitute the agreement governing Website use and purchases. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment or franchise relationship between you and the Company.

47. Notices

Notices from us may be provided by email, SMS, account notification, Website posting or another electronic method permitted by law. Notices to us should be sent to reachus@aspiremore.in unless another address is specified in the relevant Policy.

48. Governing Law, Disputes and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Website transactions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection law and jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India. Nothing prevents a consumer from using statutory consumer grievance or dispute-redressal mechanisms available under applicable law.
